How to accept payments on billbot
Get paid your way. Connect a crypto gateway for auto confirms, or list your own UPI, bank, and QR methods. Buyers pay inside the bot and you approve before delivery.
Connect a crypto gateway
Open your store and go to Payments → Gateways. Pick BlockBee or BlockPN, paste your API key, and toggle it on. Each order gets a fresh wallet address and auto confirms once the buyer pays.
Add manual methods
Prefer UPI, bank transfer, or a QR you already use? Go to Payments → Payment methods, add the details, and enable it. Buyers see it as an option inside the bot at checkout.
Upload a QR image
For UPI or bank QR, upload a JPG or PNG of the QR. billbot hosts it securely and shows it full size to buyers in the bot so they can scan and pay in one tap.
Buyer sends proof
After paying, buyers upload a screenshot or send a transaction ID right in the Telegram chat. Everything lands on the order inside your dashboard, ready to review.
Approve and deliver
Open the order, check the proof, and hit Approve. If auto deliver is on, the key ships the moment you approve. Otherwise, tap Deliver now when you're ready.

Auto deliver vs manual
Turn auto deliver on per product to ship the key the moment a payment is approved. Leave it off for high value items you want to review by hand.
No screenshot? No problem
Buyers can also send a transaction ID as plain text in the bot. billbot saves it as proof on the order for you to verify.
