Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of billbot. By creating an account, connecting a store, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use billbot.

2. Who can use billbot

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for making sure that selling your products through Telegram is allowed where you and your buyers are located. Business accounts should be registered by a person authorized to act on behalf of the business.

3. Your account

You own your account. Keep your password and any staff invites secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by staff members you invite. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact us immediately.

4. Stores, products, and content

You can create one or more stores on billbot. You keep ownership of your store name, branding, product listings, inventory, customer lists, and order history. You are solely responsible for what you sell, the accuracy of your listings, and compliance with all laws, taxes, and regulations that apply to you.

billbot provides tools for digital goods such as software keys, coupons, memberships, and access codes. We do not review or approve your products before they are listed.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use billbot to:

• Sell illegal, fraudulent, counterfeit, or stolen goods or services.
• Harass, scam, or mislead buyers.
• Attempt to access another user's store, data, or bot tokens.
• Attack, overload, or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure.
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages through Telegram.
• Resell, reverse-engineer, or build competing products using our code or systems.

We may suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

6. Credits, billing, and payments

billbot runs on a credit system. One successfully delivered order generally consumes one credit. We offer a free plan with a starting credit balance and a Pro plan with a monthly credit allowance. You can also buy extra credits at any time.

Billing is handled through our crypto payment partner. We currently support cryptocurrency payments such as USDT, Bitcoin, and Ethereum. All prices are displayed before checkout. Credit purchases and subscription payments are generally final, but if you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days.

If you run out of credits, automatic delivery may pause until you add more. You remain responsible for fulfilling orders you have already accepted.

7. Telegram bot and delivery

To enable automatic delivery, you connect your own Telegram bot by providing its token. We store the token securely and use it only to send messages to your buyers on your behalf. You can disconnect or replace the bot at any time.

You are responsible for configuring your bot correctly and for any messages it sends. billbot does not control Telegram's service availability, message delivery rates, or anti-spam policies.

8. Staff and roles

Store owners can invite staff members and assign roles such as admin, support, or inventory manager. Each role has specific permissions inside your store. You are responsible for choosing the right people and the right roles. Staff access can be revoked by the store owner at any time.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay for credits you have used, or if continued operation creates legal or security risk.

When an account is closed, we will delete or anonymize your data in line with our Privacy policy, except where we are required to keep records by law.

10. Limitation of liability

billbot is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost inventory data, missed sales, or other indirect damages caused by platform downtime, bot delivery failures, or misuse of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or through the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use billbot after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

If you have questions about these terms or believe someone is misusing billbot, please contact us. We prefer to resolve issues directly and quickly.
